Who or what inspired you to become a Chef?
My grandmother on my father’s side inspired me to become a Chef. The joy of watching people eat and very much enjoy something I have prepared also inspires me.
What is your hobby when you are not "Cheffing"?
Building with Legos (LOL) and spending time with my kids.
