How long have you been in the industry?
Nine years professionally, with a lifetime of experience.

Who or what inspired you to become a Chef?
I give credit to my Samoan culture and heritage where men do the cooking, along with all of the chefs with whom I’ve worked.

At this time, I have my hands full with my two beautiful kids
